We want to thank Lynne and Russ for use of their lovely home and car in Vancouver.  Thank you Ivy and Jack, for all you did to make our vacation wonderful.  Thank you, Kevin for the use of your beautiful log cabin at Whistler. Thank you Lesley and Brett for a wonderful Canadian Thanksgiving Dinner and trip to the fish hatchery in Canada.
